Please allow 2-3 business days for in stock items to be posted. Stitches & Knots are not liable for lost or damaged parcels. If something goes wrong with your delivery please let us know so we can help out however we can! 

International Shipping is available upon request so that we can get a quote

All products are made with care, in a controlled environment free from contaminants such as cigarette smoke and pet hair, etc. and are not designed or intended to cause harm. 
While products that we create use materials and fibres sourced from reputable suppliers and companies, we cannot guarantee that the materials used will not cause harm such as allergies. Customers are responsible for being aware of own allergies to products such as wool for example which may be used in a product we provide.
All products must be used correctly according to their intended purpose and design.
We accept no liability for any injuries, harm or illness caused by products.

SAFE PRODUCT USAGE
Babies and children MUST NOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED at any time when using any of our products. Caution and vigilance must be applied when babies and children are using our products to avoid harm such choking, smothering, allergies, product exposure to an open fire or heater. Instructions for cleaning and washing our products are on the product label and on the website. These instructions must be followed to ensure the ongoing safety and maintenance of the product. We do not accept any responsibility for damage caused to a product and any harm caused by the damaged product.

VARIATIONS
While all effort is made to use and provide consistent materials for the making of our products, we cannot guarantee that yarns or fabrics and parts of inclusions of our products may differ slightly from what is displayed on our website. Colours in yarn sometimes change slightly and suppliers can discontinue a product which we source from them. We monitor the availability of the materials and fibres we use and update our website regularly. 


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you purchase a product from our market stall or receive one by mail and it appears incorrect or not in accordance to the product description, please contact us immediately, and no later than 3 days from receiving the product, at stitichesandknots2353@gmail.com


WORKSHOPS
Please read the below information which explains all aspects including rights and responsibilities in relation to our Workshops and Courses.

By purchasing a ticket to a Workshop or Course provided by Stitches & Knots you agree to the following terms and conditions. Adults purchasing a ticket for a child or young person (under the age of 18 years) are responsible for the terms and conditions on behalf of that child/young person.
When attending a Workshop or Course, you agree that that you will not reproduce, replicate or redistribute any information, products or materials provided. The content of the Workshops and Courses belong to Stitches & Knots.
Your spot in a Workshop or Course is secured only when full payment has been made.
The website outlines the minimum requirement of participants needed for a Workshop or course to run. It is the discretion of Stitches & Knots as to whether or not a Workshop or Course will run if the minimum number is not met. 
If a Workshop or Course needs to be cancelled due to not meeting the minimum numbers a full refund or an alternate Workshop/Course date will be provided. In the unlikely event that a Workshop or Course needs to be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances relating to Stitches & Knots (for example, illness or personal situations), the customer will be provided with a full refund or an alternate Workshop/Course option.
If you are unable to attend a Workshop or a class due to illness or personal circumstances, you must inform Stitches & Knots prior to the commencement of the Workshop/Course and all effort will be made to work with you to offer an opportunity to make up the missed lesson. Lack of notification may result in a refund and/or alternate option not being provided.
If a Workshop or Course that you wanted to attend is full, please contact us at stitchesandknots2353@gmail.com and we can put you on a waitlist for the next event. People on the waitlist will be provided first opportunity to purchase a ticket to upcoming and new events and this will be communicated to you through email notification.
When attending a Stitches & Knots Workshop, Course or Lesson, you agree to conduct yourself in a safe manner to protect the safety and wellbeing of yourself, your instructors and fellow classmates. All care and diligence is taken by us to ensure a safe environment. Stitches & Knots reserves the right to ask anyone who is conducting themselves in manner that could cause harm to others to leave.
Stitches & Knots are not responsible for your personal belongings when attending a Workshop, Course or Lesson.
Any information collected from you will only be used for the purpose of providing a Workshop or Course and will not be shared with unauthorised people.
